Our 1st Birthday!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHLOE AND CAROLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The girls had their 1st Birthday Party this past Saturday, even though today is their actual Birthday! They had a lot of fun and were pretty worn out from all the excitement! Caroline took her 1st steps, 3 of them, and I squealed so loud she plopped down and starting crying! Since then she is only taken a few! She is so much quicker crawling, she just gets tired of the standing and taking and step and dropping, now she just drops and crawls. Chloe can take one step and is working on it. THEY love to walk with their lawnmower walkers though and can go full out with no Stopping!!!

Learning to WALK!!!

Caroline just loves her walker toy! She goes full speed ahead until she falls down our runs into a wall. Chloe likes it most of the time and is learning to be almost as quick as Caroline! Aunt Allie went and got us another one at her Walmart since the one here never seems to have anything and as you can tell in our pics below we don't always like to share. Here are some other cute pictures of them!

11 months!!!

CHLOE AND CAROLINE SO CUTE! It's amazing in 1 more month they will be 1 year old! This is the picture I took of them for their Birthday Party invites, which will be going out in about a week when I get them back in the mail! The girls over the past week have really hit some great milestones! They both:

Have 2 front teeth growing in finally for about 3+weeks now

• the teeth started us to finally pick up things and feed ourselves! YEA!

Chloe this last week joined Caroline in being able to bend up and down to stand instead of just falling on her butt, or screaming until I rescued her from the standing position

• We PULL up everywhere


• We can climb stairs


• Climb on top of diaper boxes


• Stand up for a few seconds unattended


• Take steps if you help us by holding our hands


• Starting to wean ourselves from bottles and learn to drink from sippy cups some


• We get into EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chloe still has her helmet, and gets a rescan on the 19th to see where she's at and how long she may have to wear it. Chloe 3 weeks ago at Dr. weighted 19lbs, and Caroline little move more lost weight and only weighed 15lbs and 6ozs, dropping 2 ozs. Hopefully for their 1 year she will make it to 16 whole lbs! You can for sure see that they are fraternal twins now! They are so so different! They are at the clingy mommy stage already, FUN, FUN! Hopefully my next entry will be "We can Walk."

10 months = two times the trouble

Okay, here we are standing, bc we are pulling up on everything! Yes, especially Caroline! She just loves to stand!

Chloe of course is just more and more curious about everything, but it is usually Caroline leading the plan for whatever trouble they want to get into!

Today it was getting into the pantry that I didn't close all the way, they peeled the dry skins off the onions and started chewing on the sweet potatoes, at least they are now starting to put things in their mouths, even if they still can't feed themselves. I think they just like for me to do it! Crazy girls! They will feed themselves big things, but small things they just put in their hands for safe keeping and never really make it into their mouths!

Chloe, being Chloe! She doesn't seem to mind her helmet as much this week! Last week was pretty bad!

And here is Caroline being Caroline, bouncing up and down on her knees trying to figure out how to stand without help and see if she can walk.

I call the girls my little turkey's bc they just seem to wander around in different directions and get into everything!

9 1/2 months

Caroline and Chloe crawling to get in my lap as I try to take their picture. Chloe is so much like her mommy, just can't seem to keep her eyes open for a picture.

How cute are we? Adorable as usual! Wow we both can get into so much trouble now that we are both crawling and moving at the speed of light! Things we can do:

• :)say momma and dada really well
• :)pull up and move a long the edge of things
• :)take a few steps if you hold our hands
• :)climb the stairs...yikes
• ;)learning to feed ourselves...messy, messy
• and tons of other things I'm sure I'm forgetting!

Chloe looks so cute here in her hat her Aunt JoDee got her. We are about to go get her helmet fitted so I'm trying to make her see something on her head is not such a bad thing!

Chloe is such a good crawler now and is almost just as quick as Caroline! It's just amazing how quickly they pick up on something. On the 22nd I took the girls for their 9month appt. The good thing was no shots this time.

Chloe weighed 17 and 1/2 lbs and was 27.5inches long. 25% still for here weight and 50% for height! Yea

Caroline weighed 15 and 1/2 lbs only gained 4ozs bc she moves so much she just can't stay still! She is 27 inches long, only .5 shorter than Chloe. That makes Caroline in the 5% for weight if you move her back a month if not she's not even on the chart and 50% like sister girl for height!Super cute Caroline tries out the purple hat too, she decided she didn't want to wear the pink because it doesn't match her outfit. I wonder where she got that from? Smart little fashion queen already!

Here is Chloe just back from our helmet fitting! She still looks so cute to me! Robert is now calling her CRASH bc she has always kind of banged into things and now with this helmet she is going to think she is invisible, not a good thing! So far she doesn't really mind it on, just doesn't care for the putting on and taking off!

9 months! Here comes TROUBLE: crawling

Caroline and Chloe at 9 months! Caroline just has trouble written all over her face and Chloe has her time to close my eyes b/c the camera made a flash look on. Poor girl she is going to be just like mom, no picture with her eyes open!

Well it happened last week. Caroline had been taking just a few little crawls then splat..., then last Thursday she just took off..........................boy are we in trouble now, she's into everything! Chloe on the other hand is still just taking a few little crawls, crawling backward, getting on her hands and knees rocking back and forth, but mainly just moving all around then sitting herself up to get into trouble. Yesterday I videoed her getting next to the diaper box and taking out all the diapers. I asked her to put them back in and showed her how and she actually started to put them back in, but by diaper #2 she decided it was time to find something new to do, like roll and play in all the diapers throwing them all about! Caroline just crawls past her to her new adventure, Chloe doesn't seem tempted to follow her though, she must think great, finally that girl is out of my way and I can do what I want w/o her in the way taking my toys. Chloe finally realized a few weeks ago what was happening and now it's her mission to take all Caroline's toys and boy is she good at it! Caroline gives up easily though and is on to her new thing, unless we both want to play with the music mirror at the same time, sharing always starts out well until Chloe wants to play with all of them at the same time. She push Caroline to the side and goes to town pushing all the musical instruments at the same time. Caroline either starts to cry or just crawls away. Here are the cuties all dressed up in some summer duds they never got to wear LY b/c they stayed small. Yes, Caroline is 9m, but that is a 3-6month she has on and Chloe a 6-9month. Most of Chloe's stuff is 9m or even 12 month, Caroline could still wear 3-6 in waist, but it's all way too short, so 9m it is just a Little big in the waist. Thank God mommy knows how to take in things! Good news on Chloe's helmet, next week we go for a fitting, so much trouble with finding out if insurance was going to cover....long story that boils down to people not doing their job.
